One of my favorite hobbies

One of my favorite hobbies is baking. I love baking sweet treats and cookies for my family and friends because it makes me happy to see them happy. 

Some types of cookies I enjoy baking are Peanut Butter cookies, Snickerdoodle cookies, and Cinnamon Sugar cookies. 

The texture of the peanut butter cookies is soft and sticky, but it tastes delicious. You can use a cookie cutter with it, but you have to be patient with it because the cookie itself is very sticky even though it is fully cooked.

Snickerdoodle cookies are so good, and before you put them in the oven, you get to roll the batter in cinnamon!!! However, I would not recommend using a cookie cutter because they are crumbly.

Cinnamon Sugar cookies: I recently made a batch for the first time, and they turned out amazing!!! These are by far my favorite cookies to bake. They have the perfect texture—not too crumbly and not too sticky. I love using them with cookie cutters because they don’t fall apart when I cut them like the Snickerdoodle ones do, and they don’t stick to the cookie cutter like the Peanut Butter ones do.

My favorite cookie-cutter is the shape of a fighter jet.

The best thing about all of this is that everything I bake is Gluten-Free!

I love baking because it makes me happy. It feels good to do something sweet for someone else or just for my family.
