One of our best vactions yet!

One of my best vacations yet was when my family and I went on an eight-day vacation to Orlando, Florida.

The first day we were there was only a half day because we got there in the afternoon.

The next day was Tuesday, and we went to Epcot for the whole day. It was a lot of fun. We had not been to Epcot for a long time. We had breakfast at Trattoria, and I had two eggs over medium, bacon, and potatoes, which were delicious. After that, we walked to Epcot and got our park passes. 

We started by walking ‘Around the World’ while the other side of the park was swamped with people. Then we walked to the other side of the park and rode rides like Journey into Imagination with Figment and Mission Space. The next stop was France, where we had gluten-free macaron ice cream sandwiches. They were so good!!! 

For dinner, we went to a restaurant called Le Cellier in Canada and had the best steak. The steak was so juicy, and the chef cooked the stake just how I liked it. I loved that the restaurant had air conditioning because it felt like it was 150 degrees outside, and I was roasting like a marshmallow over a fire!! The restaurant was beautifully lit with candles and had beautiful music playing. 

Then, as a family, we saw the best fireworks show ever! What made it the best fireworks show ever was that it had so many different types of fireworks. It was in the middle of the lake, and it had water shooting up in the air and Disney music playing in the background!

On Wednesday, we went to Universal Studios and had so much fun.

On Thursday, we also went to Universal Studios. I rode the Velocicoaster so many times. When I was done riding it, I met my stepdad at the restaurant above the gift shop. He said he found a dog tag lying on the ground and wanted me to have it, but he couldn’t read the print on the back because it was too small. I grabbed it and read the back of it, and it said:

I laughed when he said that and I was so happy and surprised that he got it for me.

On Friday, we went to Animal Kingdom. We rode lots of rides, and I had my first gluten-free churro; it was so so so good!!!

At 6:00 PM, my stepdad and I went to Universal for UOAP night (I don’t know what it stands for). We rode many rides and watched fireworks. After that, we went to the Kitchen, a restaurant at The Hard Rock Hotel, to have dinner.

On our last day, we saw the model for the new park called Epic Universe, and it looked like so much fun.

The best part was spending time with my family and riding roller coasters. I would love to go on this trip again because it was so much fun, but the only thing the trip was missing were my step-grandparents.
